Studied business administration — but what hooked me was data, and needing to know where it came from. That curiosity has steered every job since.

Started on the phones — 100+ calls a day — then managed carrier partners: negotiating to beat margin and revenue goals, and helping launch Hub Group's Carrier Development Program.

The link between HVAC and appliance customers and our plants in the U.S. and Mexico — 3,500+ part numbers, daily order and forecast analysis, better standard procedures, and the daily calls that kept production and shipping running through COVID-19.

Kept a supply-chain program on track — the orders, the analysis, and the weekly meetings with program managers and directors — and built Excel automations for WWT's continuous-improvement program.

Took on big, complicated data and hard business questions, end to end — from gathering the data to the report people actually use.

Taught and mentored 100+ students in LaunchCode's Women+ Data Analysis cohort, then stayed on to help teach SQL.

Built and improved the data pipelines that show the business how it's really running, and kept that data clean and trustworthy.

Lead the supply-chain data products team — turning complex supply-chain data into answers and tools the business can use, and bringing modern tools into everyday work.

Out of 25 schools, my team took first place three times — including a tool the students built from scratch to help counselors and classmates plan courses and careers. Their wins have secured $30,000+ for the school's STEM program.
